The @St. Matthews Farmers Market opens for the 2024 season this coming Saturday, May 11th at 8:00am. Happening at 4100 Shelbyville Rd. GUINESS REMAINS ON THE HUNT FOR HIS FOREVER FAMILY! His likes hiking, playing fetch, tug and being active. He really wants to find his best friend.
He was found suffering from a severe wound consistent with a snare type trap.
He is an adolescent dog who is still developing and is a strong willed, confident and driven dog with the capability to be intense at times.
Not knowing for certain his breed makeup, his behaviors and physical features are definitely consistent with a mix of Australian Cattle Dog, Catahoula Leopard Dog and Sharpei (and probably many more below the surface).
While he can do well around children and small animals he has shown that he enjoys chasing and hunting type behaviors so if his adopter has children or small pets he will have to be watched and managed very closely.

One of our TAF alum crossed the bridge this weekend. Once they are part of the TAF family they are always part of our family and have our heart. 🌈
Duke came to The Arrow Fund in 2016 and was adopted by the Jones family. Duke joined their other TAF rescue Dani (Danica). He was immensely loved by their family.
This is what his mom posted: The sweetest boy I have ever known crossed over 🌈 on Sunday. My heart feels empty along with our house. I don’t know what else to say. Mommy loves you sweet boy❤️❤️❤️
