Free Community Day at Wellness 360

Our community is important to us, and so are you. Join us for our free community day on the third Saturday of every month. We start at 11am with a guided meditation with Karley Lott. Bring a meditation cushion if you have one, otherwise, we have a limited supply of cushions and chairs. Directly following at noon, we have a hatha-style yoga class with Registered Yoga Teacher, Emily Karl, suitable for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, though we do have a supply for sale or rent.

We ask that our first time students arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new client paperwork.

This month’s free community day is on June 21st, with meditation at 11:00a and yoga at 12:00p.
