Chakra Yoga with Sound and Light

Join Laura Spaulding and Ami Needham for a sound and light-filled journey through the inner realms of the Chakras, the energy vortices of the subtle body. This wonderful experience combines yoga postures for each of the eight main chakras, guided visualizations using color and light, and the mysterious sounds of the chakra bowls. Experience inner light, inner sound and deep tranquility.

 

Come dressed for yoga practice and bring a mat or rent one at the studio for $1. Some postures are hard and some are easy, but instructions are given on how to modify poses so that even new yoga students can participate comfortably.
