LIBA Roundtable Series: Customer Relations

LIBA members come together for a truly interactive discussion with other members about best practices, ideas and solutions that are of special interest to independent businesses.

Our first discussion will cover the broad topic of Customer Relations, and will be moderated by Toph Bryant. Come with questions and ideas to share. We hope that by sharing, we can all become stronger businesses. With interest, we may subdivide future round tables by industry (i.e. retail, business-to-business, food & drink, non-profit, etc.).
