Finding Mindfulness in a Maddening World
The struggle is real. Relief is possible. Life's challenges often leave us feeling anxious, stressed, and distressed. Fortunately, our May member event can help, thanks to the Passionist Earth and Spirit Center.
Join us on Wednesday, May 11 from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. to learn how practicing mindfulness meditation can help us to better navigate the chaos, increase focus and resilience, improve health, wellness, sleep and memory, and grow our capacity to be more compassionate towards ourselves and others. Mindfulness education is one of the things the Earth & Spirit Center brings to the Louisville community. Join LIBA for a basic introduction to the theory and practice of mindfulness, followed by a short guided meditation based on the Koru Mindfulness program.
