Base fee:
  • Regular Food Trucks only, NO extended vehicles please!

    **NOTE: fee includes a $50 refundable deposit for using 100% compostable tableware. This must be pre-approved before date of Fair and refunds will be issued after the Fair. We are attempting to make this a green event, thank you for your help**
  • This is for a 10'x10' booth space where you'll be selling food. Electricity is included, no outside power allowed.

    If you are selling snacks or other food items that aren’t considered full meals, you may opt to choose the retail space option. Just note that you will be placed among the regular booths, and not necessarily beside the concrete parking lot. (If you are serving any type of food from a truck, you must select the food truck option so that you can be on concrete.)

This is the official booth sign up for the 2022 Buy Local Fair. Booth registration is first come, first serve.

AUCTION: We keep booth fees as low as possible, so we ask everyone participating (who is not a sponsor or paid food vendor) to donate an item worth $25 or above for our silent auction. We will be in touch about your auction donation before the Fair.

SAFETY FIRST: We take the health of our vendors, volunteers and guests seriously. We will have a number of safety measures to implement, and will follow any state and local guidance in effect at the time of the event. 

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel at any time. We work hard to publish an accurate map of booths and ensure our rows of booths are continuous. If you need to cancel your participation, please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance (by July 16) if possible.
