This is the booth sign up for the West Louisville Small Business Saturday Celebration on Saturday, November 30, 2024. If you are an independent business with West Louisville ties, we'd love to have you at the event!
Your early bird booth fee is $40 (includes 1 table and 2 chairs). Regular registration fee ($50) starts after October 31. Registration deadline: November 15.
Let us know about your West Louisville connections on the registration form. We are giving priority to local, independent businesses (not MLM's) with ties to West Louisville, but may accept other vendors depending on space available. If your application is ultimately not accepted, we will refund your registration fee.
We are having a football theme for this year's event! We are encouraging the whole family to attend, so some can shop, some can watch the games on the jumbotron, and the kids can play in the fun zone. Concessions will have the usual tailgate items available, and we plan to have a couple of food trucks as well.
ALL VENDORS will need to read and accept the SLC's Rules & Regulations and Terms & Conditions.
FOOD RELATED VENDORS: Because of the contract with the SLC's concessions company, we will not be able to host vendors inside the venue selling ready-to-eat/drink food and beverages. If your items are packaged for gifts or later consumption, that will be acceptable. We will have two food truck spots available for outside the venue.
