Base fee:

Food Truck: email jennifer@keeplouisvilleweird.com to register – $250.00
Regular Food Trucks only, NO extended vehicles please! Need to bring your own generator.

**NOTE: If you prefer to sell samples, see those rules for a regular booth.
Regular Booth (non-food/includes $40 refundable deposit) – $90.00
This is for a non-food booth, 10x10 foot area. Booth fee is $50 plus a $40 refundable deposit.

(You may sell sample sizes of food and drink. Sizes are 1 or 2 ounces, pricing is up to the vendor. You may also sell any size food that is packaged to be consumed at home. Must have proper health department permits.)

Silent Auction item worth $40 or more is part of registration fee. Auction items can be turned in at the fair and the $40 deposit will be returned once the auction donation is received.

Can add electricity ($30).

PARKING: Parking is free for vendors. All vendors must be parked by 11:30am.

No electricity available for trucks.

This is the official booth sign up for the 2025 Buy Local Fair. Booth registration is for LIBA Business Members.

LOCATION: Lynn Family Stadium Fan Zone (no soccer game following the event, so vendor parking will be in the Purple Lot next to the Fair entrance)

DATE & TIME: Sunday, June 8th from 12n - 6pm

AUCTION: We keep booth fees as low as possible ($50 for a regular vendor), so we ask everyone participating (who is not a sponsor or food vendor) to donate an item worth $40 or above for our silent auction.

This year we will be collecting a $40 deposit in addition to the vendor fee. You can turn your auction donation in at the Fair this year and we will return your deposit once your auction donation is received.

PARKING: Parking is free for vendors this year in the Purple Lot. No parking passes will be needed to park but all vendors must be parked by 11:30am.

FOOD TRUCK, SNACK/DESSERT TRUCK OR REGULAR VENDOR?

Regular Vendors: Booth fee is $50 plus a $40 deposit (deposit will be returned once your auction donation has been turned in).

Regular Vendors may sell sample sizes of food and drink, up to 2 ounces each. (Pricing is up to vendor.) May also sell any size food or drink that is packaged to be consumed at home. Must have proper health department permits.

Food Trucks/Vendors: Registration fee is $250. This is for vendors selling full meals. Please email Jen to register.
Snack/Dessert Trucks/Vendors: Registration fee is $100. This is for vendors selling snacks, coffee, treats, etc. Please email Jen to register.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel with notice. We work hard to publish an accurate map of booths and ensure our rows of booths are continuous. If you need to cancel your participation, please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance (by May 25) if possible.
