BAREfit Personal Training Co. has teamed up with Rainbow Blossom and operate a studio location in the upstairs suite at the Highlands Market. Starting 10.10.13 we are opening up spots for 50 volunteers to complete a 21 Day Holistic Weight Loss Challenge. The cost for the program is only $20.00

Call to reserve your spot if you:
• Are age 21-75
• Want to lose at least 10 pounds and tone up
• Agree to a 21 day supervised fitness and nutrition program
