Yoga & Live Music

Join us as Jeremy weaves his world music grooves into a Vinyasa Yoga class, taught by Susan Schroeder.

 

Every live music and yoga experience is different and flows with the energy of the class. The music will complement your class and help take you deeper within as the melodies are interwoven with the teachings of the class and the poses. The music is unique and not experienced in your typical yoga class. The music is instrumental, and not aligned with any particular devotion. Music promotes unity of all cultures, traditions, and beliefs.
