Seed Starting / Gardening 101
When
28 Mar 2014
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM (EDT)
Location
New Earth Organics - 9806 Taylorsville Road
We will be covering all the basics of starting seeds and some general information on getting your gardens ready for planting.
Confused about hybrids and heirlooms? What to plant, when? Determ
inate versus indeterminate tomatoes? Join us at 7:30 pm and we will cover these topics and more.
We will also cover details on getting your seeds planted and ready for transplanting outdoors. This seminar is free and will last a little more than an hour.
We will offer a follow up, hands-on seed planting class immediately following the seminar--starting at approximately 9 pm, and lasting about an hour. This is where you can purchase a seed starting kit at 25% off retail, and plant your seeds before you go home.
